"My partner had a very bad experience with ANOTHER dentist many years ago. This surgery has gone above and beyond to get her back on track with her teeth, and to help her overcome her fear. Dr Pav is excellent, very reassuring and very professional, he has now gone private which is a huge shame because my partner over time had developed a lot of trust with him, we had to see another dentist at the same surgery who did a couple of fillings for her, he was also great, listened to her concerns and took them onboard. He was very reassuring and professional. A couple of days later we had to go back and it turned out that extraction of the wisdom tooth was required. She has had this done before she requested to have it done under general anaesthetic at the hospital. The dentist who did the fillings wasn’t working that day so she had to see yet another dentist. Unfortunately I don’t remember his name but within 5 minutes of my shaking, nervous wreck of a partner entering the room her tooth was extracted. The dentist was absolutely brilliant, calm, reassuring, confident, professional, he wasn’t pushy and made sure my partner was in control the whole time. In fact she didn’t even realise the tooth had been pulled until she saw it. I couldn’t rate this surgery enough, they are absolutely brilliant, above and beyond."
