Pavan qualified from St Bartholomew’s School of Medicine and Dentistry London in 2004.

He has further developed academically and clinically and has been a Member of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (Royal College of Surgeons of England) since 2008.

Working in the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery departments of Blackburn, Bolton, Bury and Berry Blackpool hospitals between 2006-2007, he expanded his interest in Oral Surgery which lead to him publishing an article in an international journal in the field of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Pavan gained his MFDS qualifications from the Royal College of Surgeons of England and has settled into general practice since as and has gained extensive experience in preventative general dentistry.

In 2009, Dr Najran was torn between completing further posts at the Dental Hospital to become a Consultant or to branch out into primary dental care and become a Practice Owner. In March 2009 the decision was made and He became the proud owner of Wolstanton Dental Practice. Shortly after this purchase in 2012 He continued to explore the opportunities of purchasing a practice in Birmingham. Throughout the span of Pavan’s career it has been an ambition of his to create his own practice culture. Truly being able to express yourself and welcome your Patients into an environment that fits your ethos. In 2013 a third practice was purchased in Newcastle under Lyme and amalgamated into Wolstanton Dental Practice allowing us to service more patients under the NHS.

In December 2015 Lisa and Pavan welcomed the birth of their son and have since focused on tuning and developing Wolstanton Dental Practice into Wolstanton Dental & Implant Centre.

With his continuous passion for dentistry Pavan has now completed his post-graduate education within the field of Implantology at the world renowned UCL Eastman Dental Institution in Central London and has recently completed Six Month Smiles Cosmetic Brace System alongside Invisalign training thus providing patients with further ideal options of treatment.

With a keen interest and deep rooted passion for business Pavan has achieved an MBA Essentials in Leadership and Management and The Art of Negotiation from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

You can make an appointment to see Dr Pavan Najran as a Private Patient under the Practice Plan Membership or as an independent Private Patient, where he offers evening appointments and weekend appointments where required.

His personality is consistently calm and professional putting patients at ease immediately.

When Pavan is not at Wolstanton Dental & Implant Centre, you will find him at his second practice Oakleigh Dental Practice and Implant Centre in the West Midlands.

When is he not working he enjoys spending with his family and long walks to enjoy the beautiful English countryside.
